RETURN POLICY

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less shipping charges. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a rerouting fee plus the shipping fee that will be charged.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you track your package to ensure you are home to sign for package. If you do not wish to sign for your package you must set up delivery preference with carrier. AQD recommends all packages  remain under companies shipping guidelines to ensure delivery if you request other wise & your package  is stolen AQD is not responsible.  Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment,  If you are not completely happy with your AQD hair before it is installed, we will refund your purchase if the bundle is unopened and the hair is in its original condition. 

DONATION  POLICY

Once  a donation is  submitted there will be on refunds, All donations are final . AQD recommends checking donation amount before final submission.

All samples sent with purchases are yours from our partners if you decide a sample is not to your liking please offer to another queen who may enjoy them instead of trashing it. Our partners work very hard on their material and would prefer someone enjoys their work outside of the trash bin.
