Autoimmune disease is where the body’s immune system attacks healthy cells in some of these battles like alopecia, lupus, Hashimoto's, psoriasis, chrons disease/ulcerative colitis.  

The medication used to treat these diseases most of the time leads to hair loss. Hair loss can affect women in some terribly negative ways. Mentally it can cause anti-social disorder, stress, anxiety, depression, social phobias, low sex-drive and even open the door to suicidal intent.

Now Imagine battling with your health, worrying about the future for yourself and loved ones, paying & coping with treatment, pain management, grieving & adjusting to the loss of your health, this also doubles down on fatigue, depression & anxiety.
